I have been a regular reader of your mails posted at Patliputrians web group.I have been greatly pleased by them and the way you think of Bihar. I also have thoughts same as yours and feel same this side.
Introducing me--
I am SHARAD VIVEK SAGAR(S\o Mr. Bimal Kant Prasad 79 batch ).
a student of Std.8th "A" in St.DOMINIC SAVIO'S.
Moreover, I AM A LEADER OF OXYGEN (you may have heard about it) A MOVEMENT TO MAKE EDUCATION AN ISSUE BIGGER THAN ANY OTHER ISSUE.
Our briefest inro is-
We aim to provide proper education to all students of our country, as those who
are not getting education are just committing crimes. And most of those who are
getting this education are taking bribes, getting corrupted or performing
terrible acts. Our Bihar is quite famous but in wrong sense. So, we want to make
it the same but in good sense. Abductions, murders or any mishaps keep taking
place here,
everyday.
Here in the country, the farmer who grows crops for us; his children are not
getting proper education. So, we discuss this matter every Sunday and we fast
every Monday evening. Till date about 20,000 students have participated in the
movement.
Our President is missile man but he is more famous because he is children’s
president. But it’s a matter of deep sorrow that in this country children
themselves are getting kidnapped and they are neither fastly traced out.
So I want you also to support this movement because it is not an
NGO or Governmental Org. but it runs through the support of many Philanthropic
individuals like you.

Rename Bihar. The name has become synonymous with backwardness and illiteracy. Shedding this name and coming up with a development oriented name alongside the excellent work the Nitish Government is doing will surely re-imagine the sully reputation of this great state. What name would you propose?
