Bihar CM Nitish Kumar participates in Run for Development in Patna
To spread the message of development and to aware the people of the State regarding the initiatives taken by the Government of Bihar, a Run for Development was organised here today.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi participated in the run. The Chief Minister said that the time has come and people of the State now dream to see a beautiful Bihar.
The run has been organised for the development of Bihar. On this occasion, I wish the people of Bihar and the Bihar Industries Association. The situation in Bihar has changed. Young and old now wish to see a new and beautiful Bihar. They dream to see such a Bihar in which the people will no longer feel embarrassed to call themselves Bihari. They will rather take pride in being called Biharis, said Nitish Kumar.
The race for development represents the aspirations of the people of Bihar and the government, said K P S Kesri, Chairman, Bihar Industry Association.
Senior authorities, students and people also participated in the run. The run was flagged off by the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
The run began from Raj Bhavan and concluded at Gandhi Maidans Kargil Chowk. (ANI)
