Patna, Mar 4 (UNI) The Bihar Chamber of Commerce (BCC) has submitted a document to the World Bank on the probabilitities of joint ventures between the public and the private sectors for economic development of the state.Official sources said here today the document was presented by a BCC delegation at a roundtable meeting convened by the World Bank yesterday.Sources said that the document was aimed at helping the World Bank plan its future strategies and initiate projects accordingly.Measures to control recurrent floods, setting up of projects in Bihar, promotion of agriculture and of agro based and food processing industries, setting up of quality educational institutions for technical education, public-private partnership in renovation of national highways, public-private partnership in the energy sector and tourism were few issues dealt with in the BCC document.
