Now he is SUPERCOP of Bihar busy with Strategies and tactics to convert Sri NITISH KUMAR jee VISION into ACTION . Fear of POLICE is never needed or Fear of LAW is needed. POLICE duty is to implement LAW / KANOON . Bihar social think tank says " BIHAR situation is not like of yesteryears PUNJAB or present KASHMIR , so to advocate GILL type DGP or action can damage the social structure ." One of the BIHARI IT expert from NOIDA said " LAW & Order problem is not like of Electronic gate that in one state it is ON and other state it is OFF . "

This SUPERCOP who qualified IPS at the age of 21 only and gold medalist in PHYSICS heavily rely on IT and Software . Recruitment in BIHAR POLICE is going to be managed by IT & Softwares . More surprising , The Bihar POLICE also offers a handsome cash compensation for fire arms surrendered by the criminals, plus an immediate payment of Rs 10,000 and monthly installments of Rs 3,000 to those giving themselves up to the law, ADGP (Headquarters) Abhyanand said.

The rehabilitation package for each beneficiary will be worth Rs 2 lakh— of this, 25 per cent would be government aid and the rest given as an easy loan, he added.
As part of the rehabilitation efforts, criminals who do not own a house or land will be provided houses under the Indira Awas Yojna.
