PATNA: CM Nitish Kumar on Wednesday asked entrepreneurs to help the government build a new, progressive Bihar and also sought their help to increase revenue collection. Nitish, deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi and road construction minister Nand Kishore Yadav were felicitated by the Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCI) on Wednesday. Nitish said the role of traders was very crucial for the development of the state because they were link between products and consumers. He also appealed to industrialists to come to Bihar without fear and invest. He said, "There is now no pressure on entrepreneurs. If there is any complaint, the government will not hesitate taking stern action against the culprits." He told the traders that the government was tightening the noose around the criminals and intensive campaigns have been launched to break their morale. "The atmosphere of terror is over," he claimed. Besides a number of ministers and legislators, former president of BCCI Yugeshwar Pandey was also present on the occasion.
