Its intresting to find the applied REVERSE GEAR in BIHAR :) , During my last visit in PATNA , I find many advertisements with slogan "Invest In Delhi" and real estate broker local contact phone no and it was correct as many of customers in east side of NCR ( Ghaziabad , NOIDA , Greater NOIDA) were from BIHAR as Resident BIHARI , Name any leading Professional in BIHAR , They have thier real estate INVESTMENT in NCR .....

BUT ...

Now Scene is changing :) , The Boom in Bihar Real Estate Market is VISIBLE , Name any major CITY / TOWN of BIHAR , You may find a jump of 30 % to 100 % in last 12 months . LAst one month The Delhi Edition of TIMEs of INDIA came with many adverstisements / appeal to INVEST in PATNA . and TODAY , one Real Estate developer announced its MEGA world class city in PATNA .

It is expected 5 crore NRB and even 0.1 % feel to invest in thier Home State , It will be 50,000 plots / flats in BIHAR in coming years in URBAN BIHAR .

So , Are you among them as early INVESTOR in BIHAR ??
