Every individual holds his/her own personality and its refelected on the organisation . There are many factors which decide your final and shaped Personality . When Lalu jee was in Bihar - Bihar was having different Image . I teach a management subject , unfortunetly - I am not a trained MBA but i asked my students to close your eyes and Imagine about INFOSYS - 99 % Students finds Narayan Murthy IMAGE in thier Imagination .
Like , LALU - NITISH is also from Socialist background and more rigid as well as strong Lohiya man . Unfortunetly , all these socialist leaders never link Caste/Class struggle with Development . Above all , It was our fault that we took engineering graduate Nitish Kumar as Magician . We all forget that he is also the product of J P revolution where Social justice is only one major agenda . Lalu was LOUD while NITISH is in action . Development was never thier Agenda .
Bihar has seen many visits of Industrialist in last 22 months but none of them promised to invest . why ?
1. Nitish carry a Hardcore Socialist Image , who belives in Silent revolution of Social Justice
2. Divided Bihar has very little scope of INDUSTRY
3. We can not easily donate our fertile lands to these Industry
4. Only one scope is - Agro Industry - where these Industrialist have very little scope - it can be easilt converted to cottage one .
What Nitish can do ?
1. We can not compete with Maharastra / karnatka etc in technical education but we can make BIHAR as Medical HUB of INDIA . Govt must consider on this .
2. We can create TOURISM i.e. MAGADH - Nitish is committed - NALANDA is his priority no 1 .
3. We can create IT Park near by PATNA - Its easiet . Just need 100 or 200 acre to employ 10000 plus techocrates . Its simple calculation , 10000 X rs 20,000 = Rs 20,00,00,000 Means Rs 20, crore means atleast Rs 100 crore revolvement of money per month from this 100 or 200 acre land .
There must be discussion - how we can BOOM economy of BIHAR with our limited resources and such political envoirnment .
