Google has started a site on the Bihar flood situation, as a link from
http://www.google.co.in . The site can be

To help the citizens and to keep the world abreast of relief efforts
Google has provided some map resources on the site. Further links to map
resources from multiple sources, information regarding relief
organizations, their current needs, activities & much more is available
on a regularly updated basis.
