PATNA: JD(U) MLA Munna Shukla on Wednesday demanded that the Bhagalpur Central Jail be named after martyr Jubba Sahni. Making the demand in the state Assembly, Shukla said just as the Muzaffarpur jail is named after Khudi Ram Bose who was hanged there, the Bhagalpur prison should be renamed after Sahni who was hanged in Bhagalpur jail. Several MLAs supported the demand.
