Case filed against Dhoni, Harbhajan

MUZAFFARPUR: A case was filed against the captain of the Indian cricket team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his teammate, Harbhajan Singh, in the
local CJM court here on Thursday for skipping the Padma Shri award ceremony in New Delhi on Wednesday.

The case will come up for hearing on Friday. In his complaint petition, lawyer Sudheer Kumar Ojha submitted that intentionally ignoring national events like Padma award functions amounts to lowering the prestige of the President of India, the Indian Constitution, sports lovers and artistes.
