Sri Abhayanand IPS of Bihar cadre of batch 1977 got prestigious AMITY LEADERSHIP AWARD - 2008 for his contribution in policing and education to poor students .In his speech he dedicated this award to his IIT JEE students of Super 30 batch and all his colleages and other police officers who worked hard to implement the varios programs like Special Au Police , Speedy Trials etc .
