PATNA: The change in work atmosphere and perception of people will soon lead Bihar to become one of the developed states in the country, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on Sunday. "The atmosphere and perception of people in the state have tremendously changed and people are now showing interest to ensure all-round growth," Kumar said while flagging off "Run for Development" at Raj Bhavan. Hundreds of students, youth, bureaucrats, women, farmers and army personnel took part in the programme organised by Bihar Industries' Association. Kumar said, "the response to the programme establishes that the state will soon figure in the list of developed states." According to him, the winds of change began to blow in Bihar after NDA government came to power in 2005.
