Now Bihar State Electricity Board is planning to invite Rich Bihari and NRIs to invest thier money in the Power Sector , Government is ready with a draft in which such Power Projects may get reliefs in STAMP DUTY & REGISTRATION FEEs , and all thier Plan will be cleared through SINGLE WINDOW SYSTEM .
Government has invited NRIs in Power Generation as well as in Transmission , Presently BIHAR is having capacity to generate 400 MW while real output is just 35-40 MW so depedency is too much on other sources . Power Grid is already taken the TRANSMISSION Project .
In other states , State Government form an agreement to purchase all generated Power so INVESTORs have security over thier investment . Personally i know many people who have established such projects in Himachal Pradesh and in upper circle its known as a Profitable Business ,
After having MOU , Bihar Government is ready to offer LETTER OF CREDIT so Investors can get Bank loans easily .

You write as if Bihar is the best place in Earth. You write only superficial things. How about a post about the law & order situation? About the kidnappings that happen there.
