Certainly , Its a Good News that 1964 batch Bihar Cadre ex IAS Sri Nand Kishore babu will head STATE PLANNING COMMISSION , I can remember how effectively he use to raise BIHAR issues in INDIA TODAY CONCLAVE .
Such Steps taken by Sri Nitish Kumar must be praised as NITISH Government is still in planning phase and who can guide BIHAR better than Nand Kishore babu .
Sri Nand Kishore Babu himself from a well known family has served at various TOP position in INDIAN REPUBLIC including Secretary , Commerce while his very first job was at World famous St. Stephens College at ECONOMICs Lecturer and joined IAS in 1964 . He is from from BIHAR CADRE so he is having deep knowledge about BIHAR .
