Shimla, Sep 4 (IANS) The Himachal Pradesh IAS Officers Association has extended a financial help to the Bihar government for carrying out relief and rehabilitation work in the flood-affected areas, an official statement said Thursday.The association presented a cheque for Rs.50,000 to Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal as contribution towards the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the flood victims.
