Lalu turns aggressive, shoos away protesting workers

Patna, Feb.2 (PTI) Railway minister and RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, known for his irrepresible wit and humour, showed his aggressive side when striking contractual workers went to his party headquarters to seek his help.
"Why don't you get out of here? What can I do for you? Shall I drive you out?," Lalu said as he tried to shoo away scores of workers when they rushed to his party headquarters yesterday seeking his intervention to get their lost jobs under the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme back.

At one stage, when the workers refused to leave the place, a visibly angry Lalu shouted, "Shall I drive you?" and opened the main gate in an aggressive fashion to confront the protestors.

"Is this CM's quarter? Go to the village and protest. Who is going to listen if you die?," Lalu said, and again asked the protestors to get out. The workers later left the premises.
