Abhayanand Sir and Anand Jee Draws huge Crowd at BOOK Fair

Mathematic genius Anand Kumar and Additional Director General (ADG) Abhyanand, the founders of the Super-30 institute that has drawn attention and accolades from around the globe for its unique teaching style, stole the show at Patna Book Fair on Friday as thousands of young men and women gathered around the duo to seek career advices and draw inspiration from their talks.Without a strong basic foundation, the students could not expect to compete in top exams like IIT admission test. "The process of learning has to start at an early stage or you would not have a chance against those whose foundations are strong," Abhyanand said.He also said he expected this year's IIT entrance test to be relatively easier than the previous years and suggested the students to go through last 20 years of questions to prepare themselves for the next test."So far 94 of our students have competed in the IIT admission tests. If only five percent of them came back to serve Bihar, we will think we have succeeded in our mission," the senior law enforcement official said. The ADG also hoped Bihar's prominent doctors would step forward and set up an institute like the Super-30 that would prepare students for admissions in nations top medical schools. The Q&A session lasted nearly two hours during which the math whiz Anand Kumar won the hearts of youths, not by his knowledge of numbers, but by his poetry recitals meant to inspire the boys and girls.
